2 Non Runners: Fully Funded, Rif

Back in Focus won the Albert Bartlett trial at Haydock in convincing style for Howard Johnson and Graham Wylie and looks a horse of real promise after he was purchased in Ireland following a point to point victory in January of this year and lis being well backed in the Albert Bartlett Novices Hurdle Odds.

The win at Haydock saw him defeat another potential runner here in Court In Motion who had been well backed up until this defeat, he was not quite at his best but should be given another chance based on form this season. The Emma Lavelle trained horse had a good win at Warwick back in January when he hacked up by 21 lengths, it was a fantastic performance on heavy ground and he will be dangerous at Cheltenham if there is some cut in the ground.

Nigel Twiston-Davies was very bullish about the chances of Sybarite at his recent media day ahead of the Cheltenham Festival and he could prove to be a major player at a nice price. He came to prominence back in November in the Neptune Investment Management Novices Hurdle back in November at Cheltenham behind fellow Albert Bartlett rival Champion Court. Last time out he was second again at Kempton behind Chablais in the William Hill Novices Hurdle which now appears to be solid form, he should be happy back at Cheltenham making him a dangerous player at a nice price here.

Paul Nicholls has confirmed that he will be sending Join Together to the Albert Barltett at the Festival and he looks to be a horse to watch based on his form this season. He started his season at Exteter back at the start of November when he was third in the National Hunt Novices Hurdle behind the winner Court In Motion who himself has turned into an Albert Bartlett  contender. He stepped up in trip next time out when he ran a good second in the Albert Bartlett Novices Hurdle at the International Meetin at Cheltenham in December. He was much happier over the 3 mile trip at Cheltenham and he proved that with a win at Chepstow last time out at the start of February over the same trip, while a bit of cut in the ground should do his chances no harm at all.
