The nine-year-old horse, owned by county businessman John Hales, has made a complete recovery from the overreach injury sustained at Sandown in May last year.
Expectant trainer Paul Nicholls said: “I went to see him at John’s stables last week and he looks fantastic.
“John’s wife Pat and daughter Lisa have done a really good job with his rehabilitation and pre-training and I am thrilled he is coming back.
“But obviously we will be taking one step at a time.”
Azertyuiop is already priced at 10-1 with William Hill to win the Queen Mother Champion Chase at the Cheltenham Festival in March, a race he won in 2004.
