Albert Bartlett Novices Hurdle

The Staying Novice Hurdlers were next on the card with the Albert Bartlett Novices Hurdle looking like a cracking race with a fantastic card of runners for punters to pick over. The one that was for all the money before the off was Bobs Worth who was bidding to give Nicky Henderson his first winner of the week. No Secrets was the one to lead them out early on as they went a good early gallop with three miles ahead of them in the race before the Gold Cup.

They were all together at the top of the hill with Bobs Worth and Court In Motion both looking in good shape behind No Secrets who continued to lead. Court in Motion went into the lead with Bobs Worth and Mossley also joining the duo over the last hurdle. Bobs Worth produced a brilliant jump which gave him the upper hand while Court In Motion faded up the hill to finish third. In the end though it was bobs Worth who proved to be the class of the race and he duly scored for Henderson and Geraghty for the first time this week while Mossley was game back in second also for Nicky Henderson.
