This is one race that form analysis is not the most cleaver approach as this race has produced a long list of outsiders. Taking note of some of the trends suggest that your selection should have had a previous run at the festival. We will be looking long and hard at this race and trying to put up a couple of interesting suggestions for you to look at when placing your Byrne Group Plate Handicap Steeple Chase bets.
Watch My Back won at Doncaster before Christmas he tends to be held up and his jumping is a little sketchy early but this is an interesting runner for trainer Ferdy Murphy.
Sunnyhillboy won his last race at Ludlow on the 10th February and this was his first run in a handicap over fences and won this well. He has another entry at the festival in the Jewson, so if you are considering an ante post bet in this race make sure you back him with a bookie offering non runner no bet.
Can't Buy Time is the other Jonjo O'Neill trained horse in the race the other is Sunnyhillboy and he was last seen out on New Years Day and is also entered in the Grand National but their are doubts that he stays the Aintree Grand National course.
