Next up on the card was the County Handicap Hurdle and this is a race that always proves a tough one to crack for punters and that looked the case this season with a number of horses being well backed to run well. As usual in the County Hurdle there was a fierce early gallop with Hunterview at the head of the field while Ski Sunday was also be ridden in a handy position and that remained the case as they came to the top of the hill with two left.
Alaivan joined the leaders and looked to be travelling well while Get Me Out Of Here also joined the leaders and was travelling well in the hands of A P Mccoy who was having a good week. It was Get Me Out Of Here who took the lead off the last hurdle and looked to be the clear winner until Final Approach came from nowhere to cause a photo finish with Get Me Out Of Here. There was a long wait for punters but the winner was Final Approach and Ruby Walsh who managed to snag Get Me Out Of Here on the line to the delight of the bookmakers following the gamble on Get Me Out Of Here.
