Hennessy Gold Cup Odds 2011

The Hennessy Gold Cup is always a fantatsic spectacle and it is run at the excellent Newbury racecourse towards the end of November each season. Newbury racecourse is one of the UK's premier racetracks and it is a very flat and fair course which the local trainers in Lambourn love to run their horses as the course is so fair and the fences are set up so well.

The Hennessy Gold Cup is run over 3 miles and a couple of furlongs and gives all the best chasers an opportunity to put their mark down as a leading fancy for the Cheltenham festival gold cup. The one horse that has won the Hennessy Gold Cup more than any other is Florida Peal having win it four times since the race was first run in 1957.
