Tote Sport is the new retail face of the brand and unites the shops, telephone and internet betting channels. It also reflects the fact that the tote, despite its racing heritage, accepts bets on over 20 sports.

Tote Pool is the new product brand covering pool betting for horse racing - a product range which is unique to the tote. This brand will be seen by consumers on all 59 racecourses, but will also be seen in all channels through which pool betting is distributed.

The re-design that accompanies the restructuring aims to help customers to see the tote in new light and with a more focus on customer care. This is now evident as the organisation is changing to meet the evolving needs of there customers.
